All you need are people with perfect knowledge who can direct everyone else as to what needs to be done, when and how, in order for all human wants to be fulfilled. People who know, for instance, whether Perich is going to want a hamburger or bowl of soup for lunch next Tuesday, so they can make sure the production process, which must have been started a decade ago, will have been in place.
