Date: 2003-02-04 12:12 pm (UTC)Strangely, I liked Brothers Karamazova, as well as Chekov's plays (I've only read a few stories, in Russian, and he's one of the few Russian writers that isn't a slog in the original language. The short stories are actually more popular than the plays in Russia, and they're probably better).
It was one in the morning, and you're one of like four people that I knew wasn't a cretin anyway.
