Dominant means basically "i like to take charge of things," submissive means basically "I like the other person to handle stuff." And it doesn't mean EVERY TIME either, just as a trend.

well, just go with tendencies or preferences... do you feel better when the girl is in charge most of the time? or would you? do you tend to take the lead and hate it? or love it?
