BOURDAIN ---> LATE NIGHT SUSHI

After a drunken karaoke bout I thought, "Sushi sounds good right now. Why are there no late-night sushi places in Seattle?"

So far I have no been able to find a place that lists its hours past 2am, but here's what I have so far:

Liberty (Cap Hill)
Umi Sake House (Belltown) (1am)
Ohana (Belltown)
Nijo Sushi (Downtown) (11pm most weeknights)
Dragonfish (Downtown)
Imo (Pioneer Square) (karaoke)

I've only tried Umi, Dragonfish and Nijo.

that was gonna be my suggestion. also they had a happy hour after 11 with cheap rolls, which may or may not still be around
