Random interweb person says: I like a slightly more rugged crosstrainer, like the Merrel Chameleon. Nice and light, but grippy for rougher terrain and jumping. The 5.10 line is pretty popular in the local parkour group.
If you have slightly wider feet than I recommend going to the New Balance store downtown their staff is pretty helpful and they have the best collection of shoes. I also like some of the asics shoes...they have some pretty decent shoes for good prices.
But if all else fails I also recommend going to Seattle Running Company.
What you should do is go to the store and pick out the shoe you want, then go home and see if you can get the shoe online for less. I've done this and saved a ton of money.
