FYI- I've discovered that if the vent is painted or made of aluminum (which most are) then the magnet doesn't work. Usually the magnet is too thin and isn't strong enough to hold back the blowing air.
I bought mine online online though if you want to try it out.
I was going to write "where can you buy fucking iron vents?!?" Because yeah, I invested in a box of those damned magnetic covers and they won't stick to shit.
look for a local plumbing/catering/repair/petsitting truck driving through your neighborhood and when they arent looking swipe the magnetic sign off their door. cut it up and apply! works like a champ ;)
