Where can one buy magnetic strips to put over AC vents?

FYI- I've discovered that if the vent is painted or made of aluminum (which most are) then the magnet doesn't work. Usually the magnet is too thin and isn't strong enough to hold back the blowing air.

I bought mine online online though if you want to try it out.

You can cut that magnet with a pair of scissors. Looks kinda ghetto, but it should still work.

look for a local plumbing/catering/repair/petsitting truck driving through your neighborhood and when they arent looking swipe the magnetic sign off their door. cut it up and apply! works like a champ ;)

Covering AC vents? Nooooo. That's wrong. It's inhuman. Dang non-covered-in-fur-people.

You should just use duct tape. It sounds like they're pretty tiny vents, anyway (otherwise they'd be closeable).
