I've even raped and killed a mountain panda in the hills of Shaanxi.
But these perks are beyond the point.

go to the doctor then and get medication that fixes the headache, but gives you unbearable bone ache for the next 24 hours.
That seems to be the way are modern miracles work.

Could be tension, the weather, a virus, migraine, pollution, dehydration, etc.
Have you taken anything for it?
Try caffeine in combination with naproxen, ibuprofen or aspirin if you haven't already. Also, drink some water, maybe. It might help. Plus, sudafed.
I'm sure there's other options, but that's off the top of my head. I've had mine for 20 hours now myself.
