the secret is not to think of it as pizza, but merely to think of it as a food item in its own genre. in which case it's not disgusting at all - it ain't haute cuisine, but it's pretty damn tasty if you go into it without expectations.

i had a similar attitiude about lunchroom pizza in grade school. "pizza?" not really. at all. "tasty?" damn right.

Yeah, I do my best to buy Totinos in bulk for no more than $2.50 a box, if not less... It seems to go on sale at Safeway at least once a month.

You should try putting pickles on it. Yeah, sounds like a pregnant thing, but the sauce for whatever reason is so accomodating to pickles.
