So i got a piece of gauze soaked in clove oil STUFFED INTO my wound. You want me now, I know, I know. Anyway it feels better. I need caffeine soon though.

that's what happened when i had my dry socket. the doctor wouldn't give me any anesthetic when he did it, though, and it was the worst pain i had ever experienced up until that point in my life. :(

Yeah, the actual insertion didn't hurt that much. Waking up at 1am with it did!
