lauralhI really really liked the See Sound Lounge, it was big and airy and IKEA'd out and the music was at the perfect level of "chill" when I arrived. Also the lighting was brilliant, and there were a million different vodkas on the shelves.
I read Sedaris' new book last night; I think he's kind of losing it. The second half of the essays were entertaining, but not so much the first half. Maybe his childhood just isn't funny anymore. Steve kept insisting that he'd "made up" two new siblings, but I definitely remember the Rooster. Not so much Tiffany the chef, though I'm sure she exists too. "Woptoberfest" I mean.
The plan for tonight is to go to IKEA then sushi. Time to ransack the website.
