I can't actually tell that I've lost weight, but the scale doesn't lie. I mean usually I fluctuate from x0 to x5, but more on the 5 side definitely. Whereas now, it's erring a lot closer to the 0 side. And yeah maybe my pants are a tiny bit looser.

I unfortunately haven't made my $100 grocery purchase last the full two weeks (although I do still have quite a bit of food left), mainly because of the snacks. You're supposed to snack quite a bit on this diet, so I've totally run out of my allowed snacks. I'll have to go get them later, I suppose; I was going to go shopping Sunday but there was the whole missing key fiasco and I loaned Reg my car, therefore no supermarket for j00.

Last night I had pho without noodles. I put in a ton of bean sprouts, and it was almost the same, but well, ok, not even close to really there. But what can you do? I also had a cream puff, which is probably the worst cheating I've done on this diet. Well, I also had an 'atkins-friendly' chocolate bar with my omelette Sunday.

I get up pretty early most days, so I don't really eat breakfast proper. Which is probably the other reason the snacks ran out so fast. If I have time to make something the night before that resembles a breakfast food, I do. But in general real breakfast doesn't happen. Except on the weekends when I make me and Reg scrambled eggs. Mine are fancier than his, of course.

I haven't got any scales, but today two people at work asked if I'd lost some weight. It took me by surprise...I can't say that I've been noticing anything different - but then again I am so crap at knowing my body...

I wish you more weight loss if that is what you want! :)
