breakfast: 7up and a diet Dr. Pepper. It's been so long since I've consumed sugar in non-solid form, plus the additional caffeine, that I'm kinda wigging out. Also I did not have any caffeine during the weekend. I didn't have any withdrawal, just was extra-sleepy.

money: I "paid" my credit card bill, and technically I should have $25 left in my bank account. But this has not gone through so I'm pulling my hair out. Not really, just waiting. But I can't use either till that does happen.

weather: it was Extremely warm yesterday, I pretty much made myself sick by staying in bed where it was hot. My room gets a lot hotter than the rest of the house for some reason. Anyway. This morning I walked out to catch the bus and the sun, the sun made it seem much warmer, and I grinned and wore my sunglasses and didn't mind so much about getting out of bed.

annoyance: friends of friends lists have way too many fucking drama queens. of course I can't stop reading some of it, some of it is justified, but in context it's like, people making themselves into victims and then complaining when people take advantage of them, over and over and over again. It's just like nice guys not presenting themselves as sexual and then bitching that women don't see them sexually.

oh, also, people at live music events who don't realize that when you only have a six inch gap between people, it's best not to move TOO MUCH when you dance. Oh man. I've never ever been to a show before where people didn't get that, and I can only attribute it to too much alcohol, and general 425-stupidity. I mean, ok, some of my best friends live in the 425, but seriously I hate most of them on general principle, and I have serious culture shock when I go to a club/party in Seattle and see them everywhere. And because they don't usually get to these events, I suppose, they had no idea what to do.

also, people who think their babies are cute.

1) Yeah that is basically it. In high school the same thing happened to me, if you can believe it. Till I met lots of nerdy boys who thought that frumpy smart chicks with baby faces were sexy. Most guys don't, though, and it goes the same way for the girls. You have to get primal.

2) um... heh. i'd like to see it anyway if you do.

Yes. And also, don't flash a picture of your uterus around, calling it your child. No, I can't make out the little fingers or the nose- it's all a black smudge to me. And no, your black smudge isn't cute either.

You gotta love people who put pictures of their sonograms up on their walls and then suffer miscarraiges.

I had to go read my own journal to check if I was a drama-queen, but I think not....:) (hard to tell though, sometimes, as you get sort of carried away in your own life at times, don't you think?)

No, I didn't think you were, only, I still had to check just for my own sake, you know?

So you are admitting that women have no imagination? ;-D (Hey, men have no trouble "seeing" non-sexual women in just about any compromising position imaginable!)

no, just men are pigs

and there's a difference between going out of your way to put on behaviors that the opposite sex finds inherently unsexual, and just being frumpy.
