Your Majesty by the Anniversary is pretty good. Poppy rock kinda like the Smiths, fun and jangly guitar rock, not too hard but still introspective and moody. And "The Siren Sings" still makes me want to cry, I put that on 2002's holiday "cheer" album.

Steve claims the new Zero 7 is just like the last one, but as that came out before I was familiar with the concept of dl'ing whole albums I can't concur. I also can't compare the new Modest Mouse with any of the previous ones for that reason. Both of them are acceptable to the point that I won't delete them, but neither of them are as good as the aforementioned, or the new Muse (which is actually from last year). Absolution is actually more Radiohead than Radiohead in some ways. Pretend Radiohead kept making kickass paranoid rock songs and you've got Muse. Why is their fucking show sold out a month in advance?

Grab a copy of The Moon & Antarctica. It's brilliant in a the word is fucked up and I'm pissed about it sort of way.

people used to label muse songs as radiohead and put them on napster as "rare radiohead" tracks. annoying.
