I made chai. It made me feel like a million bucks. Well, eighty-seven bucks, anyway.
I also ate half the cookies Reg's mom made, an apple and some Polish sausage.
I read the last four Transmetropolitan graphic novels at last. Spider, say it ain't so....
I slept lots and lots, well, woke up a bit before 4pm, went to bed at like 4am, but there was a decent break of driving (not by me) in there somewhere.
Hung out kind of half-watching Boogie Nights at at0m and dougie's. I've never seen it before, and what I saw of it basically wasn't very inspiring. I liked Magnolia lots better, anyway.
Went to four* and saw lots of peeps that I wasn't expecting, including faith, lisa and bizwank (whom I hadn't seen since he left that company we used to work for). Lisa looked yummy in her boots too.
Also saw people I was expecting, including Josh, Josh, Will, Asa, Sid... Reg and I were wary about dancing, since last week he hurt his neck doing so, and my ankle is still wonky. Too bad 'cos terso and onesimpledj ripped shit up, hardcore.
I slicked my hair back and wore my tight black polyester stretchy shirt with the pseudo-kanji on it. I got it and my black pseudo-corset at this store at the mall in Raleigh, and I can never remember the name of that store anymore. No big deal, as there's not one here, but I could have spent $100 a week there, damn. Everything was always that cool.
I had a perfect moment on the way home Friday, where I was on the bus, headphones blaring "Lola Stars and Stripes", sun setting over lake Union and clouds brilliant. I was in love till we got to Fremont.
Eternal Sunshine was just marvelous, utterly marvelous. I think I might have to see it again. Well, we'll see how that works out.
Killing time before the movie, I read some magazines at B&N. There's this British interior design magazine that was heart-stoppingly breathtaking, and if I ever run a hotel chain I will decorate it with Ligne Roset crap.
I slept till I had to get up for work. Thursday afternoon I popped a pill and fell asleep till Reg called. then fell asleep till 11:30, when I think Steve tried to wake me up but not really. Well, I wasn't in the mood to go out anyway. Not going out during the week is kind of bad for my sanity but good for my pocketbook.
