* I have a bit of a romantic streak which surfaces every now and again. Unfortunately it tends to stay that way for a while, but I think that it's finally submerged again. This is a relief. Although I suspect I'm not going to enjoy Love Actually so much if I see it anytime soon.

* I realized yesterday that, like Chris Rock said, I have lots of friends of the opposite sex, but it's mostly "by accident." Is this bad? I dunno. Of course this arrangement makes it hard to find female friends.

* Today I'm going through the 500-page record at the VA Hospital of this Vietnam Veteran. I think if every Senator and Congressman could read this, no boy would ever go to war. War fucks you up, yo.

I think I have alot more male friends as well but I just put it down to the fact that I have a guyish easy going personality and really...i prefer to talk about tits,asses,music,and beer than the latest makeup anyway :p
