So I have a couple of mp3s that claim to be by Le Tigre, but when I look up Le Tigre on any CD store online, or even Gracenote, those songs are not anywhere. In fact I only see them here, nowhere else via google. The songs are "Uncertain Hesitance Of Reason" and "Darwinism And The Status Quo". And of course looking up this band on the CD stores or Allmusic has no scores either. So like, does anyone else have any idea what crack I'm smoking or what?

No, they're from a 7" that I have somewhere. They are Le Tigre.

i think "darwinism" is off their first album... but either way, their first album (the yellow one) is better. go and get it.
