I drank a lot of tea yesterday. And then they had free soda*, so I had two cans of that. Bad bad bad idea. Tea is a far superior method of caffeine transmission. I felt great all day yesterday and not at all tweaky, whereas now I'm twitched and tired too. I suppose anxiety isn't helping, but I don't really know what to do about that anyway. I got into work thirty minutes early and still stayed the whole time, but then I am trying to take next Friday off, and I don't get any sort of paid leave whatsoever.

* I feel so retarded listening to a 50+ year old man call it "pop"... diet pop at that

I never know what to say anymore and I often find myself hesitating... I usually just call it by whatever it is... Mt. Dew, Pepsi, Coke, etc.

Not drinking it wouldn't mean I would never mention it... And I don't drink caffiene often. I'm more of a water or lemonade girl.

Down here in Talibama we call everything "Coke", no matter what it actually is. The conversation would go something like this:

waitress: "What would you like to drink sir?"
customer: "I'd like a coke, please."
waitress: "What kind?"
customer: "Uhmm..Dr. Pepper."

Me, I say soda, but I'm a rebel.
