my old car

So my car was ready, and the insurance place decided not to pay for my rental anymore. So I dropped it off and went to get my car. I nearly didn't get it, as the place had just closed, but luckily the staff saw me just as they were leaving.

I actually teared up barely a little on the drive home. I hadn't realized how much I missed the car. I'm just so used to the way it drives. The smaller Japanese cars handle easier and are a little more fun to drive in the city, but it wasn't enough apparently. I burned that mix last night so I'd have something cool to listen to in the car.

Of course, I am now rather completely broke. I get paid after Labor Day, so it isn't too big a deal, but my bank account right now is so small I can barely buy fruit. So I decided to have a little contest, "guess how much Ramen Laural could buy with her current balance."
