i guess this is growing up

After a brief weekend of respite, the nightmares have returned. The two notable bits are Gwyneth Paltrow having skeleton legs, or maybe velociraptor legs. They were flesh-colored but really grossly anorexic skinny. I was Ethan Hawke but we both morphed into other people, both female, and I was nearly murdered for it later. Or at least, the skin off my left hand was being cut off by some psychopath.

I was thinking of going out yesterday, but I had a bigtime "How Soon Is Now?" moment and decided I didn't want to leave on my own. Instead I bought a couple pints of ice cream for me and Steve (who was already gothing out big time). The really expensive fatty kind. We were good, though, only had the recommended daily serving. Steve watched Elvis movies while I surfed web and chatted with boys in Portland. Then, Adult Swim, then bed.

You didn't miss much by not going out last night. For some reason it was very hot in there, none of my LJ posse showed, and after Brian was done, some girl-DJ I'd never seen before started playing stuff I wasn't into. I was gone by one.

There's a recommended daily serving of expensive, fatty ice cream? I'm clearly deficient in that area. Must get on it.
