I can't find Midnight's Children anywhere; I guess I left it at Fritz' along with the ranch dressing. I started rereading The Demon Haunted World instead, but that book has some pretty depressing parts. I think I'll have to go for The Sleeping Dragon instead.

Hey! I've seen that one. J used to have it. I think it's the only series of books he's actually read for fun. And the only reason for that was because he used to game all the time.

I think his dad kept them for himself, though. J didn't take them when he moved out. Dammit.
