reading reading reading... ender's game, speaker for the dead, and xenocide... the last card book was songmaster which is one of the most depressing books I own. BUT NOT QUITE, as I also own the handmaid's tale and passion play.

oh man, the enders game series is my favorite ever. and songmaster is my next favorite card book. it is depressing, but also lovely in a way most sci fi books aren't.

Xenocide is really haunting, I think, as a large part of it is about people with OCD. Children of the Mind isn't bad but it's weaker.
