My hair is really starting to bug me. I'm tempted to chop it all off again. It just takes sooo long to grow out appreciably. (that photo is from 2001)

You don't GET IT. The short hair is preferable because otherwise it hurts way too damn much.

NOTE: My hair is longer now than it is in the user picture. It get's a lot easier to care for once you get past that "mid-length" phase...

I do _not_ endorse a lot of the activity in the article I'm linking to. Nor am I condemning it. But one of the main points has to do with long hair... I figure you might like to know the other side. There are a lot of people who think that "No, You just don't GET IT."

Just giving perspective. http://exile.ru/152/152021701.html

(On the flip side, if you like short hair, that's cool by my. I dont' get it, but that's not the important part. If it's what makes you happy, then keep it short.)

as an avowed short hair fetis... er, connoisseur, i can state objectively that short hair suits you extremely well and it'd be a shame to deny the world your boyish charm.

hmmm... i don't know how well i'm pleading my case here...

heh
