Shit, how cool is this? I mean, guns and mp3s combined.

Saw Anger Management last night. I think it felt a little more like a Ben Stiller movie than an Adam Sandler movie. Which is, you understand, a good thing. Jack Nicholson was the best thing about the movie, and fortunately he was in 90% of it. I don't really understand why it was showing at the Cinerema - although GOD DAMN I am looking forward to X-Men 2 and Matrix 2 there - because it wouldn't have lost any charm on a 17" screen. I didn't pay for it, but I would have paid $5 probably.

I also want to see Pirates of the Caribbean (even though I still don't see the attraction to Orlando Bloom) and Almighty Bruce. I think that's all the previews I liked.

We can hope since Punch Drunk Love, Sandler is seeing the wisdom in taking more challenging roles. When he's not doing fart jokes for the backwards ballcap wearing teens and middle aged men who never grew out of that mindset, he can be very compelling.
