So I totally had a blowout on the 520 floating bridge, but nothing bad happened to me. I freaked out a little when I felt the car move, and I saw the tire bouncing in the rear view mirror, but driving on the rim the rest of the way home (less than five miles) wasn't the worst thing in the world to happen. Although putting the spare on backwards did make for an interesting noise when I drove. Anyway. I called up the tire place (since I'd had trouble before) and they said they still had the 4 tires they ordered. And for less than four hundred american dollars, I have new tires.

New tires are good.

I'm glad your ok, and you didn't go skidding off the bridge or anything.

Four hundred dollars might hurt a little.

Anything else, I'll just babble about in AIM, I guess, since it seems you're there now.

well, most guys I know only care about one or two sports, and also can't even change their own oil, so I'm safe.

knowledge of sports is one thing, i can kind of muck my way around most sports terminology, but when it comes to PLAYING them... *shudder*.. i dribble a basket ball like i'm terrified of breaking a nail or that the thing might swallow my arm up to my elbow... and being a guitarist, i HAVE no nails.
