Caught another fucking cold. Woke up at 10am, showered, talked to a recruiter about a job possibility, read Robert Jordan, ate lunch, surfed some web, tried to find a Soulseek alternative, went to the drugstore, read more, and then took a two hour nap. Got up, watched Friends and Buffy. Dude as soon as Wood said his mom was a Slayer I totally called it. "Ah hah! There's only been one black slayer ever, I bet that was his mom!" But I wish they'd shown flashbacks instead of just having the First tell him. I mean why would he believe the First? But I don't think they got the same actress again. Ah well. Soon to return to my room and read till I pass out again. My life, my life is a thrill-a-minute, I tell you.

Yeah, as soon as he said it I totally flashed back to the flashback episode where Spike kills the black girl on the subway. Totally kicked ass. I wonder where they'll take it.

LOL, yeah. well book 9 was pretty scattered. he has so much going on that it's hard for him to actually advance the plot anymore. I'm hoping book 10 is more focused and leaves out some of the incidental characters.

You were not alone. Everybody got a big grin on his or her face at my particular viewing. Nice plot twist. Actually decent episode for once... we were wondering whether they decided it was okay to make fun of the Chinese girl because it was in an episode with two examples of interracial dating.
