so do guys really NOT measure their erm, size, with rulers? I always assumed they did but several guys I've been with had no idea of their size (relative or actual)...

Some do, some don't. There's a myth that *all* guys do, usually backed up by the blind assertion that any guy who says he hasn't is lying.

Of course, you could say that about anything.

Everyone eats dog poop on toast. Anyone who says they don't is lying.

I personally never have measured myself, or had a girl measure me. I've never cared. I've known lots of guys who have measured themsevles.

not it is that large a sample, but the two guys I actually outright told that they were above average were like "You think so?" and then proceeded to measure themselves. Then they were like "Hey, how about that."

Eh, I measured, but that was way back in high school or maybe early college. I think it was only like seven inches, but pragmatically speaking, most women I've been with say I hit much deeper than they're used to, with a few expressing outright discomfort (damn cervix).

I read that the average is like 5.5 inches, and I can definitely say that the guys I've been with who were over that took SOME acclimatization...

As my college sex ed professor was fond of saying, the average person has 1.9 legs, so don't place too much store in numbers.

In my experience, I've found that gay and bisexual men tend to have an accurate idea of their size. And straight guys are clueless.

When I ask my boyfriend, he says that he has no clue what size he is. He's too honest a person to lie to me about that too, 'cause I think he'd tell me if he knew. Of course, I have ways of measuring without him knowing. ;) Heh heh. I'm so devious.

Well, larger girth and length usually go together but not always...

well, the backwash one was a couple day ordeal. And they don't always go together, that puertoriqueno said his was five inches around, and seven and a half long- that's pretty weird.
