lauralhI don't know why I was in a horrible mood yesterday after everyone I loved abandoned me. Oh, wait.
Well, anyway I had the house to myself and I could think of nothing better to do than to watch The Ref and disc one of Angel season one. (Since I didn't start watching Buffy till 2000, and Angel regularly till 2001.) And eat chips and salsa. It reminded me of living alone - and also last year when I had a place to myself all day because of unemployment. I used to adore that, and I just had to remind myself of it.
Besides there's oh-so-many pretty people on Angel. Although personally David Boreanaz Glenn Quinn. And I was rather amused at seeing Christian Kane (Lindsay McDonald) in the pilot. I watched the commentary and tried to apply all the stuff said about "reversing cliches" to the second episode. Worked pretty well.

latching on to one incidental detail:
