odd coincidences...

lauralhSo I watched Young Frankenstein last night. I'll get more into the movie later, but I was struck by the archetype of the Lovely Assistant, and how she almost always falls for the Misunderstood Genius. I decided that I wanted to write a story using it.
About an hour later, I was reading through someone's back-entries who had just friended me, and I nearly pissed myself when I realized she was actually LIVING this archetype. Especially since her crush was also engaged. So then I thought that she would probably write it up, and that would be that. But then I thought it might be interesting if we swapped True Life Stories, and I wrote hers and she wrote mine. Then we wouldn't have to worry about the damn slander laws and all that.
