I made some sugar syrup last night, because Reg and I are sweet tooth fiend types. And cold alcoholic beverages don't mix so well with normal sugar. The point of all this is that I made some daiquiris and got silly. On the rocks. They kinda were more like mojitos except without the shitty mint. Totally fucking excellent, and if someone will get me more Cruzan white rum I'll make more.

I finished Idlewild and now have nothing to read on the bus, gripe. So it's a book about ten teenagers about to graduate from a VR school, except one of them is killed, and the main character almost was. This is almost secondary, and actually the way it's resolved makes me think it's tertiary. That's my biggest Gripe, second biggest, see subject line. I do like teenage angst a lot, though. I just don't like plots that are dependent on secrets upon secrets. Maybe I should read it again.

I finished all the Anastasia books that I had checked out, and put the rest on call, hopefully will get them by Saturday. Yay fun. I wish they had a box set that I could buy on ebay or something, though.
