hooray for grad school visits

the thing about ana is that even after two years, we pick up right where we left off and there's nothing weird at all. She was exhausted after missing two planes and getting to seattle/my place around 11pm, but she listened attentively to Reg's jail stories and then we went to bed. TOGETHER. We stayed up a little while talking and it was like we were still in college, except without Clark stories.

a humble wish

god, my sinuses have been so freakin' horrible since coming back from mexico. they weren't great there either, i think it's the air travel thing, as every time i yawn now my ears pop. I hate air travel so much. They really need to get on the ball with the superfast railway systems. There should be a fast train from Vancouver->Seattle->SF->LA->San Diego to Mexico to Panama all the way to Tierra Del Fuego, man.
