So, looking at the T300 accessories, I've come across the MP3 Player. It's quite a bit more than I'd like to spend right now, but goddamn, how neato.

At the moment I'm looking for either an infrared port to plug in via USB into my computer, or something to make my fōn talk to my iPaq. It's rather difficult.

I also am having the darnedest time trying to get my fōn to actually download stuff from the Ericsson website. The site says "Click on the How to Download link for information" and that link says "Read the site for information" basically. Speshul.

Firefly

This is the first Piers Anthony book I've read in years. Steve warned me it was shitty, but I must say it's better than some of the shit of his I've read. It's basically a horror novel, more or less, but it kind of just focuses on these stories one of the characters keeps telling. Which is a terrible device but the stories are more interesting than the actual book's plot, so I didn't mind. The monster basically kills people by giving them the best orgasm of their life then sucking the flesh out of them, and makes everyone in the vicinity horny as hell. So, there's a lot of sex talk in it. And a pretty disturbing bit with a five-year-old coming on to her adult neighbor. But, it was a quick fun read.

E!'s most Shocking Moments

Watched this before picking up Steve from the airport. It was deliciously juicy. I love gossip so goddamn much, especially celebrity gossip. I used to be a lot more into it but whatever. My favorite bit was when they were talking about Hugh Grant and Divine Brown, and she was on the show and basically said that she'd see Hugh again any day of the week. Aw Yeah.

oooh

I read an article about this show in the NYTimes. I don't know if I can watch it but I certainly support the concept.

Oh man. I don't know anything about economics, but... um.

Another article about essentialism. "The gender difference in susceptibility to depression emerges at 13. Before that age, boys, if anything, are a bit more likely than girls to be depressed. The gender difference seems to wind down four decades later, making depression mostly a disorder of women in the child-bearing years."

Oh my. What a way to win an indecent exposure case.

Ah, I love Something Positive. Although I wish to god I could recall the name of that comic strip with the really perverted teddy bear. edit: Mr. Wiggles, thanks.
