If you read through Twilight yelling at how stupid it was, vampires aren't like that, but you still wanted to know what happened all the way up to the last stupid page, then Last Rites is for you. Instead of Edward being a high school boy secretly a vampire, he's a full-blown telepathic stalker after Bella for a seduction ending in death. Things take a turn when he can't read her thoughts during her last moments - and he lets her go. What happens next is a fascinating story. Lots of talk about death and even some murders in this one.
