bit of a walk

lauralhCarkeek Park has a little beach attached to it, which you can follow* all the way to Golden Gardens. Golden Gardens is I suppose technically within walking distance of my place, but it's a bit of a haul. Anyway, I bused it up to the former and walked to the latter. Afterwards I got a pork sammich and walked to 32nd, caught the 17 to Ballard and Market, then walked home. (It's hard to walk with a belly full of pork.)
