Voted 10, with caveat: I must be able to turn it off when I want to drive myself.

Unfortunately, even if robocars end up being a hundred times as safe, any accidents will result in huge horrific lawsuits against every company even tangentially related to them. Without some major political changes they're probably just not going to happen in this country :(

Yes to robot cars; no to asshole robot cars:

Infiniti's "Lane Departure Prevention" system on M and EX models both warns about leaving a lane, and then activates the opposite brake to pull you back into the lane.

This would be so useful for not missing doctors appointments when I feel like crap. I'd take the train, but it doesn't get me from door to door, and it can't stop when I need to stop, or detour when I want to detour...
