I'd say aspirin (double dose) and dry that fucker out w/ some tea tree oil or hard core zit cream.

And stop picking at it. That will just increase inflamation = pressure = pain.

Hand tied behind back w/ duct tape might work.

Warm compress maybe. Will open the diameter of the vessels and release some pressure.
