3) Order based on last pair of contacts.
3) Realize you threw away the box and have no idea what the 'curvature' is.

1) Go to health insurance web site to find doctor.
2) Call doctor and make appointment.


1) Go to health insurance web site and fail to log in.
2) Notice expiration date on health insurance card is last month.
3) Call and renew benefits. Add dental because, well, it's been a while.
4) Go back to health insurance site and look for "vision one" specialists around your zip code.
4) Notice that expiration date on health insurance card is actually 06/07, not 07/06.
5) Call Lenscrafters.

Your previous eyecare provider has to provide a copy of your charts by law, though it is a good idea to get measured often.

/found this out last time I needed contacts and had moved cross-country and lost all paperwork

Yeah, luckily my old place was in a small town with few optometrists so finding them on the intertechbot was easy.
