(1) I wonder if he lapses into his Australian accent when he's that far gone.
(2) Odd that he'd just out of nowhere start throwing ethnic slurs around. Did he perhaps suspect the Jews of siccing a cop car on him?

He "accused" the cop of being a Jew, implying that that was why the cop pulled him over.
