I always buy my suits at the last moment when I am on vacation so I am really of no help.

different outlets for their stuff, and price ranges from fifty bucks to "what are you thinking?" depending on where you do your shopping and which suit (the suits can be had for pennies on the dollar if you are willing to go with last year's stuff)

You may surprise yourself w/ some of the suits they have at Target. Tops and bottoms are sold separately and they seem to put extra effort into making them flattering on actual human beings, (rather then manniquins or anorexic 14 year olds).
Check them out before you cross them off your list.
