The pizza process is going well. I ate my lunch late and didn't want more chicken, so I picked up some cheese and went to town when I got home. Reg had cleaned up like crazy so it was easy. Made the dough, used the leftover sauce from Sunday. Having a lot of cheese helped tremendously, but my one problem was that the cheese still cooked a lot faster than the crust. I suppose I could either pre-heat the oven and stone a lot more, or cook the crust then putting shit on top. It's a mystery. But practice will make perfect. It almost tasted like small fast food type pizzeria stuff.

Trying to figure out if we want to hit the slopes again. I don't think we're up for Stevens yet - once you drive a few hours the investment becomes more dear - but we'll see. Maybe we need a weekend off. I dunno. As long as I don't forget boots I suppose.

Classic image: As said pirate catches an edge and faceplants, his parrot takes flight only to land back on his shoulder as he settles into the snow seconds later.
