we watched The Life and Death of Peter Sellers last night. It made me feel uncomfortable. But that was because he was a mean jerk. The acting and casting was quite good, though. I can't believe he died at 54. Damns.

I share a birthday with Peter Sellers.

He was brilliant, though. :-/

The movie made me feel oogie too. I was struck that he never actually participated with his family, but would always be filming it instead... They was never there to him, only existing through the lens

heh, never even thought about that. His mom issues creeped me out the most.

The Oedipal conflict was truly creepy, accentuated by the lady who played his mom. Last time I saw her in film, she was a zombie housewife.

He is a fine example of why one has to admire the art and not look into an artist's personal life too much.
Otherwise no one would want to look at Picassos.
