I put 50%, but it's always the wrong 50% of the time. Can't fall asleep when I need to, but can't fucking keep my eyes open when I need to be awake!

kill me

I'm not sure. 'Cause I just don't TRY to go to bed if I'm not so tired I can't keep my eyes open. (Unless there's an ALTERNATE reason to go to bed. In which case I almost never have any trouble.)

I take a sleeping pill every night, whether I need it or not. Having the whole next day be fucked because I couldn't get to sleep til 5a just isn't worth it.

Is that what I stole from Cristin the other day? Man, I need to keep notes on the drugs I take from people.

Meh. I've been thinking about bugging the doc about Ambien, but the Unisom does me alright most of the time.

DO NOT GET AMBIEN

It's hyperaddictive and after awhile (I took it for 2 years) it doesn't work at all but the psychological addiction to needing to take it every night is expensive (30 pills for $100)

Plus you have sleep disturbance, nightmares and a feeling of complete restlessness

Could it possibly be that your body has no idea when to sleep? That you mess up your sleep schedule to such a degree that its confused to hell and back?

Yeah, absolutely. As well as other variables.
