Don't ever try to buy condoms in northern Idaho. My ex-bf and I were there, Kellog ID to be exact, and went to four different stores including chain gas stations like Conoco looking for condoms and they had none. The Conoco cashier laughed in our face and said "Honey, if they sold condoms anywhere around here I wouldn't have four kids."
The lady at the last place after that gave us pretty much the exact same answer.

I feel like I've totally lamed out on this. Only three states -- granted, California is large, but... only in this half of the state, even. Three counties, that's it. Then Vegas and New Orleans. So biffed the Dallas trip, though scoring in Biloxi wouldn't necessarily have been wise, nor Minneapolis (being a guest of sister and grade-school friend, respectively).

Outside of the US, I have British Columbia, but... Since Canada's contiguous with US, a provinces section wouldn't have been completely out of the question. Then, though, you'd have to add Mexico to be well-rounded, and that just requires too much work. Um, yeah.
