not even broken
Nov. 19th, 2004 08:28 amLast night my headache was still around, so I curled up on the futon with the blanket around me after watching Six Feet Under, took some Tylenol Cold Nighttime (as this is the only sinus medication I have), and watched a couple eps of The Office. Although I have no idea what happened in the second episode, at all, because I passed out. Benedryl will do that, I suppose.
The first, though, had David Brent singing and playing an acoustic guitar. As if I didn't have enough reason to madly love him. Hoo boy.
I also am in love with both Nate and David on 6ftU, but for different reasons. Nate is simply cute and real and affable, but David, well, he's kind of an uptight prick. I didn't like him at all at first. But occasionally he'll just do or say something so outrageous or funny that, well, add it up and it equals me melting.
I walked home from Trader Joe's in the UD last night. It was utterly brilliant. There's been a wind mass going through, so it was just a bit cloudy and cool and the leaves swirled from the trees as I sauntered past. The sky was deep blue and the pale clouds stood out against it. I kept wondering how to capture that in film, thinking about apertures mimicking the human pupil, to get the colors right. But I just kept walking as Hope of the States echoed the landscape.
