Nov. 8th, 2004 12:13 pmFriday before going out, Reg and I watched Touching the Void, which is simply the best title for anything ever, at least anything that I'd possibly like, so to speak. Although I don't think I could ever watch it again, because I'm very squeamish and the movie made me really tense. People describing about the way they fractured their legs is kind of not my bag, baby.
Also I finished The Subtle Knife which I rather enjoyed more than the first book. The Will character, don't you know. He was like, real, and shit. I like that kind of thing in a character. Should be getting the third one sometime this week, hooray. Meantime I've borrowed Sarah's Fierce Invalids Home From Hot Climates or whatever the hell it's called. I'm not liking it as much as I liked Skinny Legs and All, because the latter was Female POV and kind of historical. Also I don't like sympathizing with pedophiles.
