There's a myth that sex is the best stress reliever. It might be true, but usually, when I'm stressed and tired the last thing on my mind is sex. Why do you think most married couples, busy with work and kids, don't have sex anymore?
I don't really know if I want sex "more" when I'm depressed, but I picked that answer anyway because I certainly don't want it less, and you didn't have an "about the same, I'm just whinier about asking for it" option. =)
