lauralhFinished Sandman last night. I rather liked the second to last compilation, because STUFF ACTUALLY HAPPENED and led somewhere and meant something. Yeah. But I can't stop thinking of Cerebus now, I need to reread some of that. I tried to a few months back but the beginning of "High Society" is so silly that I couldn't get past it. I'll just skip straight to Petuniacon I guess.
I read Good Omens in college and leaned towards Pratchett rather than Gaiman. I still think that Pratchett wrote most of it, maybe Gaiman had the plot idea but everything about the novel screamed Pratchett to me back in the day, and now that I've read most of Gaiman's stuff, I still feel that way.
We're thinking of going to a goth club tonight, I almost bought some fishnets (as mine are a little shabby) but I'm going to go "conservative." Hahaha. I'm merely going to wear the corset and black pants. The boots that go with the fishnets are a little bit uncomfortable, while I got used to this wearing them every other Friday in the fall, no thanks. Besides I don't have a skirt yet to go with it, and I don't really want to wear hotpants to a goth club. I was half thinking of wearing my blue vinyl pants, but they don't really fit and it's sort of mixing genres.
