* I'm hungover because I started drinking at eleven and stopped around two thirty. But, somehow, I'm less hungover than I would be from say Karaoke. I guess because it was more spread out.

* In the mood for Interpol again, oddly enough. And then Morrissey. Ha. A friend of mine was in a bad mood and listening to depressing music, and she was like "I'm gonna run out before my mood does," and I just cracked up. I don't think it's possible for my bad moods to outlast my depressing music. Pretty much 90% of my music is depressing. Well, the stuff with lyrics, anyway. Maybe depressing is too strong a word, but it's definitely moody shit. As am I.

* I basically believe people should be allowed to do whatever they want, unless of course it detracts value from my life. I don't believe that people should not be told what they're doing is bad, though. I've had too many people say "Why didn't you tell me I was doing something stupid?" to believe that. I've been that person, hell. If I had a million dollars for everyone who told me to break up with Nick, well, I'd still be poor. And it's not like I have any great insights, or anything, on what constitutes a mistake, I have no sense of subtlety. If I see it, everyone sees it.

(on a completely unrelated note, how come it's only the single women who have affairs with married men who fall, rather than the single men who have affairs with married women?)

Because the men who do that won't admit it and hide it better.

I think the married women are more honest. They tell you "hey we're gonna go in that closet and fuck" and the married men use some sort of "I'm gonna leave her when the time is right" line.

Of course, they never listen if you do.

I had an affair with an engaged woman once. I didn't feel bad either, her fiance was in the navy and was busy screwing around with Russian prostitutes so what was she supposed to do?

You are so full of shit. If you had a million dollars for every person who told you to break up with Nick, you'd have at LEAST one million, because I damn sure did.

Also: single men don't fall when they have affairs with married women? wtf? did you just totally forget I existed when you wrote this post, or what?
