damn clothes

lauralhIt's my own fault for not going to bed till 3am, and then realizing I never checked the dryer, but my gym clothes are still a little damp. So my whole day is delayed another 50+ minutes. Bah. I've already done the job-search thing, tried to call a recruiter, no dice. But maybe she'll call back. I dunno. I was contacted Tuesday evening about a potential contract, but I need to fax in/out an NDA. As I don't have a fax machine, we're doing it through Kinko's. More waiting. I hate waiting. I don't mind wasting time, apparently, but I hate feeling circumscribed in how I can waste it. Like, I don't want to start reading this other web site b/c it's a greater time suck than 50+ minutes. Of course I really have no reason to bitch and moan, since I wasted all day yesterday watching TV and, er, cooking jambalaya. In addition to the normal time-wasting activities, of course, but I feel slightly less productive about it all because I never put clothing on.
And on that note, I suppose I should put away the previous dryer load.
