i have a good feeling about this
Dec. 10th, 2002 06:37 pmSo the job is for a company that's not a tech firm, therefore they are located in downtown Seattle. It's pretty much the kind of thing I'd like to do, web dev from back to front (databases as well as web pages); more or less what I was doing back in NC, and what no company does much anymore. Contract-to-perm, and the qualifications match me a lot better than any other interview I've had since graduating college. I think I gave a good impression to the recruiter, anyway, and he'll contact me if the company wants an interview.
What I always hate is when you send a resume that pretty much matches the job and they never contact you. I get this a lot on job web sites - the worst part is when, a week or two later, they fucking repost the job. Same job description, same company... the fuck? Did you MISS something here? Call me dammit. Really bugs me. Hopefully this won't be a repeat. My recruiter seems like a nice guy, and he already placed someone with that company, so we shall see.
